CHERRY FESTIVAL 2025 - JULY 5TH
When: July 5th, 2024 11am to 5pm
Where: Cherry Park Kitchener, 84 Strange Street, Kitchener (Entrance at both Park and Strange streets).
We have something for everyone!
Amusements: The Cherry Train, carousel swing ride, mini putt, rock climbing, inflatable fun house, free dino bouncy castle, and more.
Cherry-themed goodies (while supplies last)
Ice cream, pies, tarts, brownies, jam, squares, and more. While supplies last.
Free children’s activity area with prizes

Other attractions
70+ vendors, antique car show, food trucks, silent auction, and much more!
Hundreds of free parking spots
in the Dominion St. lot, just North of Cherry Park, just follow this signs.
CPNA Things to get involved in

The CPNA runs programs quarterly through the City of Kitchener. Registration for these is arranged through ACTIVE Net.

The CPNA holds some events annually. These include: Spring Clean-up and BBQ, Neighbour Day, Plant Sale, Corn Social, and Cherry Festival. For more information on these events see our Events Page.

The CPNA runs a Development Committee which connects and empowers residents to provide feedback on development proposals within the CPNA boundaries.
We also connect with the King Edwards parent group to address traffic concerns such as parking, speeding, and traffic volume.

The rink in Cherry Park is currently OPEN for the season and will remain open as weather allows.
We are always looking for volunteers to help us build up and maintain the ice rink in the winter as conditions allow. If you would like to get involved please send us a message here.
